These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the lov3htx.com website, the LOV3 HTX SMS/MMS messaging program, and the in-venue digital experiences (NFC tap, QR code, RSVP, and reservation flows) operated by LOV3 Restaurant & Lounge LLC d/b/a LOV3 HTX (“LOV3,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using lov3htx.com or opting in to our SMS/MMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
Program Name & Description
Program name:LOV3 Houston Promotional & Transactional Messages. Description: LOV3 HTX sends promotional SMS/MMS for event announcements, menu updates, limited-time offers, and transactional MMS for RSVP confirmations and one-time welcome offer redemption codes. The program is operated from the telephone number +1 (346) 637-2900.
Message Frequency
You will receive approximately 2–4 messages per month, plus occasional time-sensitive transactional messages (such as RSVP confirmations and welcome offer codes, which are only sent in response to an action you have taken).
Message & Data Rates
Message & data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates set by your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent to or from your device. LOV3 does not charge for participation in this program, but your carrier may charge for individual messages.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive LOV3 SMS/MMS messages by any of the following affirmative actions, each of which displays the full consent disclosure before submission and is never pre-checked:
- Submitting your phone number on the “Join the List” floating CTA on lov3htx.com
- Submitting your phone number on the in-venue NFC tap or QR-scanned tap screens at lov3htx.com/tap or lov3htx.com/tap/[table_id]
- Submitting your phone number on the dedicated lov3htx.com/join landing page (typically reached via SMS or Bitly short link)
- Checking the (not-pre-checked) “Yes, text me” box in the promo modal shown on lov3htx.com
- Checking the (not-pre-checked) “Receive LOV3 SMS updates” box during the SevenRooms reservation flow
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS/MMS service at any time. Reply STOP (or any of STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or REVOKE) to any message we send you. After you send the STOP message to us, we will send you a final reply confirming you have been unsubscribed and will not send you any additional messages. If you want to join again, sign up again as you did the first time or reply START.

Carrier Disclaimers
Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability is not guaranteed in all areas. LOV3 makes no warranty of message delivery.
Supported Carriers
T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and most other participating United States carriers.
Privacy
Your phone number and any other personal information you provide are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, including your phone number and any data tied to your SMS opt-in, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Use of the Website
You may use lov3htx.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to (a) misuse or interfere with the site or its underlying systems, (b) attempt to access information or accounts that do not belong to you, or (c) use the site to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice.
Age & Venue Policies
LOV3 HTX is a 21-and-over nightlife venue. Valid government-issued identification is required for entry to age-restricted areas and for the redemption of any complimentary welcome offer. House rules, dress code, and capacity restrictions are at venue management discretion.
Welcome Offer Terms
Single-use complimentary welcome shot offered upon SMS opt-in. Subject to the following: valid for 30 days from issue; one per person, lifetime; redemption requires presentation of the unique QR code via the lov3htx.com/w/[token] link; 21+ with valid identification; at the bartender’s discretion; subject to availability and house rules. No cash value, not transferable, not combinable with other offers.
RSVPs & Reservations
RSVPs to LOV3 events confirm a non-binding intention to attend and do not guarantee entry. Table reservations made through our SevenRooms partner are governed by SevenRooms’ terms and our venue’s reservation policies (deposit, hold time, cancellation fee where applicable).
Intellectual Property
All content on lov3htx.com, including the LOV3 wordmark, logos, photos, video, copy, and design elements, is the property of LOV3 or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The website and SMS/MMS messaging program are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. LOV3 disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. LOV3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the messaging program.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or email to active subscribers.
