We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Contact information— first name, last name, mobile phone number, email address, and birthday (optional) that you provide when you join our SMS list, RSVP to an event, contact us, or make a reservation.
• Interests & preferences— the categories of LOV3 events you indicate interest in (e.g., VIP, brunch, live music).
• Event & visit data— RSVPs, check-ins, tap-screen interactions, ratings, and reviews you submit.
• Marketing attribution data— UTM parameters, referrer URLs, landing page paths, and the source of your subscription (e.g., floating CTA, in-venue tap, promo modal).
• Device & usage data— standard server logs, IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you SMS and MMS messages about LOV3 events, menu updates, limited-time offers, RSVP confirmations, and one-time welcome offer codes, only after you have affirmatively opted in.
• Confirm your RSVPs and event check-ins.
• Respond to inquiries you submit via our contact and private-events forms.
• Process and confirm reservations via our reservations partner SevenRooms.
• Measure the performance of our website and marketing campaigns and improve our content.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process.

How to opt in:You may opt in to LOV3 SMS/MMS by (a) submitting the “Join the List” form on lov3htx.com or the in-venue tap screens at lov3htx.com/tap and lov3htx.com/tap/[table_id], (b) checking the (not-pre-checked) “Receive LOV3 SMS updates” box in the SevenRooms reservation flow, or (c) checking the box in the promo modal shown on lov3htx.com. Each opt-in surface clearly displays the disclosure:

“By submitting, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from LOV3 HTX. Msg & data rates may apply. Frequency varies (2–4/month). Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”

Message frequency:You can expect approximately 2–4 messages per month, with occasional time-sensitive transactional messages (RSVP confirmations, welcome offer codes).

How to opt out: Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any LOV3 message at any time to opt out. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further marketing messages. To opt back in, reply START.

For help: Reply HELP or email info@lov3htx.com. Message and data rates may apply, set by your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only with the limited categories of service providers required to operate this site and our venue:

• Twilio— delivers our SMS and MMS messages under a Data Processing Agreement.
• Supabase— hosts our subscriber, RSVP, and event databases.
• Vercel— hosts the lov3htx.com website and serverless functions.
• Resend— delivers transactional and marketing emails (when you have opted in to email).
• SevenRooms— processes table reservations when you book through our reservation widget.
• Google Analytics 4 & Vercel Web Analytics— measure site traffic and ad attribution.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LOV3, our guests, or others.

You have the following rights regarding your information:

• Access & correction. You may email us to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to request a correction.
• Deletion. You may email us to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legitimate retention obligations (e.g., proof of consent for SMS marketing).
• SMS opt-out. Reply STOP to any LOV3 SMS, or click the unsubscribe link at lov3htx.com/unsubscribe.
• Email opt-out. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any LOV3 email.

California residents: The California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. LOV3 does not sell personal information. Submit requests to info@lov3htx.com.
