How do I make a reservation?
We recommend booking online through our website www.LOV3Htx.com or by contacting our reservations team via phone at (346) 833-6892.
What time should I arrive for my reservation?
It's recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time to ensure a smooth entry.
How does seating duration work?
Seating duration for reservations is set during booking to accommodate peak periods. While we try to extend seat times when possible, we may need to relocate parties during busy times. However, guests are not required to leave the venue if their seating time ends — you're welcome to stay and enjoy other areas.
Can I modify my reservation after it has been made?
Yes, you can modify your reservation up to 48 hours in advance using the booking link in your confirmation email. For changes less than 48 hours before, please call or text our reservations team directly.
What is included with bottle service?
Bottle service includes a reserved table for the evening, your selected bottles, mixers, a dedicated server, and priority entry. Most nights at LOV3 have no cover charge. On ticketed nights (when an admission fee is collected), wristbands are capped to your section's capacity and additional wristbands are available for purchase. For all other nights, just book a table sized to fit your full party — it's the simplest way to keep the whole group comfortable.
How does the minimum spend work?
The minimum spend refers to the amount you are required to spend on bottles and mixers during your reservation. Food, hookah, and other beverages do not count toward the minimum spend requirement. If the minimum spend is not met, the remaining balance will be charged as a fee.
What is the minimum spend for a VIP table?
The minimum spend varies depending on the night, event, and table location. It typically ranges from $500 to $2,000.
Do you offer shisha with bottle service?
Shisha is available upon request. Please confirm its availability when making your reservation.
Is gratuity included in bottle service?
Yes, gratuity and taxes are typically included in the cost of bottle service.
Is a deposit required for reservations?
A deposit is required for dinner reservations for parties of 7 or more, applied to your final check. For late-night reservations, a section fee is required but is not applied toward bottle service minimums. Deposits and section fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used for future reservations.
What is the cancellation policy?
For dinner & brunch: cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $25 per person non-refundable fee. For large party and late-night reservations: cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits and section fees are non-refundable.
What's the cancellation policy on the deposit?
Birthday deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before your reservation. Inside 48 hours, the deposit becomes a venue credit you can apply to a future visit within 90 days. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
Do you accept walk-ups for VIP sections?
Walk-ups can be accommodated when sections are available, but VIP demand is high — especially Thursday through Saturday. We strongly recommend booking online or texting 346.833.6892 in advance so we can hold the right section for your party.
Can I split the table minimum across multiple smaller bottles?
Yes. Mix and match from our bottle menu — premium spirits, champagne, even house cocktails — as long as the total spend hits your section's minimum before tax + gratuity.
How many guests fit in a VIP section?
Section capacity ranges from 4–6 for standard tables up to 15+ for the large premium sections. Tell us your party size when booking and we'll match you to the right section and minimum.
What's the difference between a reservation and a VIP section?
A standard reservation seats you at a regular table with no minimum spend. A VIP section gives you reserved private seating, dedicated server, bottle service, and a guaranteed view of the room — for a minimum spend that scales with party size.
Are there private rooms for buyouts or large parties?
We can section off premium areas for parties of 20+ or full buyouts. Pricing and availability depend on the night — text or call 346.833.6892 to discuss.
