Question 1

What are the operating hours?

Accepted Answer

Our operating hours vary by night and event. Tuesday–Wednesday 6PM–12AM, Thursday–Saturday 6PM–2AM, Sunday 12PM–2AM. Closed Monday. Check our website or contact us for the most up-to-date information.

Question 2

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Valet is available every night we're open, operated by our third-party partner Eli Parking. Ladies park free before 8 PM on Thursdays only (while spaces available). Paid valet runs every night for everyone else. If valet is at capacity, we recommend nearby parking lots or street parking on Travis and Elgin.

Question 3

What is the age requirement?

Accepted Answer

LOV3 is a 21+ venue at night — valid ID required at the door, no exceptions. We can host guests under 21 for brunch and earlier dinner service by prior arrangement — text or call the reservations team at 346.833.6892 to coordinate.

Question 4

What is the dress code?

Accepted Answer

The dress code is fashionable and upscale — think smart casual to dressed up. We ask that you avoid slides and overly casual wear. Management reserves the right to deny entry based on dress code.

Question 5

Where is LOV3 HTX located?

Accepted Answer

2900 Travis St Suite A, Houston, TX 77006. We're in the Midtown area, easily accessible from downtown and the museum district.

Question 6

Is there a smoking area available?

Accepted Answer

Cigarettes and vaping are prohibited inside the venue — designated smoking areas are available outside on our patio. Hookah service is available in designated indoor-outdoor sections within the lounge; let your server know when you book or at the host stand to be seated in a hookah-eligible area.

Question 7

Can I bring my own bottle to the club?

Accepted Answer

No, outside bottles and beverages are not allowed. All bottles must be purchased through our bottle service.

Question 8

Can I leave and re-enter the club?

Accepted Answer

Yes — on standard nights you can leave and come back freely. On ticketed events, we use wristbands or hand stamps for re-entry — keep yours visible when you return. On peak nights, re-entry may be restricted once the venue hits capacity; staff will advise at the door.

Question 9

How do I make a reservation?

Accepted Answer

Book online at lov3htx.com/reservations for instant confirmation and live availability — this is the same booking link the Reserve button uses site-wide. For VIP sections, private events, or questions, text us at 346.833.6892 — we also pick up calls at the same number.

Question 10

What time should I arrive for my reservation?

Accepted Answer

It's recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time to ensure a smooth entry.

Question 11

How does seating duration work?

Accepted Answer

Seating duration for reservations is set during booking to accommodate peak periods. While we try to extend seat times when possible, we may need to relocate parties during busy times. However, guests are not required to leave the venue if their seating time ends — you're welcome to stay and enjoy other areas.

Question 12

Can I modify my reservation after it has been made?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can modify your reservation up to 48 hours in advance using the booking link in your confirmation email. For changes less than 48 hours before, please call or text our reservations team directly.

Question 13

What is included with bottle service?

Accepted Answer

Bottle service includes a reserved table for the evening, your selected bottles, mixers, a dedicated server, and priority entry.

Most nights at LOV3 have no cover charge. On ticketed nights (when an admission fee is collected), wristbands are capped to your section's capacity and additional wristbands are available for purchase. For all other nights, just book a table sized to fit your full party — it's the simplest way to keep the whole group comfortable.

Question 14

How does the minimum spend work?

Accepted Answer

The minimum spend refers to the amount you are required to spend on bottles and mixers during your reservation. Food, hookah, and other beverages do not count toward the minimum spend requirement. If the minimum spend is not met, the remaining balance will be charged as a fee.

Question 15

What is the minimum spend for a VIP table?

Accepted Answer

The minimum spend varies depending on the night, event, and table location. It typically ranges from $500 to $2,000.

Question 16

Do you offer shisha?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our full shisha menu is available at every table during service hours, including with bottle service. Browse flavors at lov3htx.com/hookah or ask your server for current signatures.

Question 17

Is gratuity included in bottle service?

Accepted Answer

Standard bottle menu prices are all-in — tax and gratuity are already included, so the listed price is what you pay. Happy Hour discounted bottle prices are pre-tax and pre-gratuity — plan on adding the service charge and 8.25% Houston sales tax on top. Section minimums are calculated post-service-charge, so bottles count toward the minimum at their final (all-in) rate.

Question 18

Do you offer birthday or celebration packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer customizable packages for special occasions. R&B Dinner Birthday packages are available Friday & Saturday 6–11PM. Wednesday & Sunday specials are free with 6+ guests. Contact our reservations team at (346) 833-6892 for details.

Question 19

Can I book a large party or corporate event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, LOV3 Houston can accommodate large parties and corporate events. Please contact our event planning team for more details and to make arrangements.

Question 20

Is a deposit required for reservations?

Accepted Answer

A deposit is required for dinner reservations for parties of 7 or more, applied to your final check. For late-night reservations, a section fee is required but is not applied toward bottle service minimums. Deposits and section fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used for future reservations.

Question 21

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

For dinner and brunch reservations: cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $25 per person non-refundable fee. For VIP sections and late-night tables: cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Section fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Birthday packages have their own policy — see "What's the cancellation policy on the deposit?"

Question 22

Can I bring my own birthday cake?

Accepted Answer

Outside cakes are welcome with a small cutting fee. Cake comes complimentary with the R&B Dinner Party Birthday Package and the Wednesday/Sunday Birthday Package — so most guests opt to use ours and skip the fee. Either way, let our reservations team know in advance so we can set it up properly.

Question 23

Are guests under 21 allowed for a birthday celebration?

Accepted Answer

LOV3 is a 21+ venue at night. We can host birthday brunches and earlier dinners that accommodate younger guests — call the reservations team and we'll work out the details for your party.

Question 24

Can I customize the package — add bottles, hookah, more décor?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every package is fully customizable. Add bottles for the table, extra hookahs, custom décor, or upgrade to a VIP section. Text 346.833.6892 with what you're envisioning and we'll quote the upgrade.

Question 25

What's the cancellation policy on the deposit?

Accepted Answer

Birthday package deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before your reservation. Inside 48 hours, the deposit becomes a venue credit good for 90 days — apply it to a future visit. No-shows forfeit the deposit. For non-birthday reservations, see "What is the cancellation policy?"

Question 26

What if I'm running late?

Accepted Answer

Text us at 346.833.6892 as soon as you know. We hold tables for a 15-minute grace period, subject to availability. If your table has already been released, we'll add you to the waitlist and seat you as soon as space opens — your deposit still applies.

Question 27

Will the DJ shout out the birthday guest?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — a DJ birthday shoutout is included in every package. Let your server know the spelling of the birthday guest's name and the timing you want (start of dinner, midnight, etc.) and the DJ will handle the rest.

Question 28

Do you accept walk-ups for VIP sections?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ups can be accommodated when sections are available, but VIP demand is high — especially Thursday through Saturday. We strongly recommend booking online or texting 346.833.6892 in advance so we can hold the right section for your party.

Question 29

Can I split the table minimum across multiple smaller bottles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mix and match from our bottle menu — premium spirits, champagne, even house cocktails — as long as the total spend hits your section's minimum before tax + gratuity.

Question 30

How many guests fit in a VIP section?

Accepted Answer

Section capacity ranges from 4–6 for standard tables up to 15+ for the large premium sections. Tell us your party size when booking and we'll match you to the right section and minimum.

Question 31

What's the difference between a reservation and a VIP section?

Accepted Answer

A standard reservation seats you at a regular table with no minimum spend. A VIP section gives you reserved private seating, dedicated server, bottle service, and a guaranteed view of the room — for a minimum spend that scales with party size.

Question 32

Are there private rooms for buyouts or large parties?

Accepted Answer

We can section off premium areas for parties of 20+ or full buyouts. Pricing and availability depend on the night — text or call 346.833.6892 to discuss.

Question 33

Do I need a reservation for happy hour?

Accepted Answer

Not required for happy hour seating at the bar, but reservations are strongly recommended — especially Thursday and Friday/Saturday reverse happy hour. Book online for instant confirmation or text 346.833.6892 to hold a specific time.

Question 34

What's the difference between Happy Hour (HH) and Reverse Happy Hour (RHH)?

Accepted Answer

Happy Hour runs early in the night (Wednesday 6–9 PM, Thursday 6 PM–midnight). Reverse Happy Hour runs late, after most kitchens close (Friday/Saturday 8–11 PM, Sunday 7–10 PM). Same kind of pricing, different window — pick what fits your night.

Question 35

Are happy hour prices available with bottle service?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our happy hour windows include deep discounts on premium bottles alongside the drink and food specials. Check each event's Happy Hour section for the current bottle lineup, or ask your server what's available.

Question 36

Are the food specials available all night?

Accepted Answer

The $0.50 wings and other featured specials run during the happy hour window posted on each day's card. After that window, the full kitchen menu is available at standard prices.

Question 37

Can I order off the full menu during happy hour?

Accepted Answer

Always. Happy hour specials sit alongside the full menu — order both. Some guests do half-happy-hour, half-regular and split with the table.
