Late Night Bites
When the brunch crowd clears and Cassette Sundays takes the room, the kitchen flips to a tighter late-night menu — built for the 8 PM-to-close arc. Seven plates, dialed in for the room.
Start with Chicken Wings ($18, four flavors — jerk, sweet chili, lemon pepper, buffalo cajun) or Truffle Fries ($11). Move into the mains: Seafood Pasta with crawfish, crab, and shrimp in creamy cajun sauce ($27); a grilled strip Steak with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and chimichurri ($30, add grilled tiger shrimp +$5); or Blackened Salmon with carrot purée, sautéed vegetables, and lemon butter ($29).
Build the Caesar Salad ($15) into a full plate with chicken +$9, shrimp +$9, or salmon +$13. Close with New York-style Cheesecake ($12, graham cracker crust, raspberry sauce).
